Price includes one 12' x 12' space. You must supply your own tent. To request the same booth space as last year, you must register by July 7, 2026.

If you are a new vendor, you must provide a detailed description of your sales items in the 'Type of Concession' field & email photographs of your items to vendors@skisugar.com.

The 2026 Oktoberfest Festival will include arts and crafts vendors in C lot.

To ensure the safety of the public as well as the vendors and their property, no vehicles will be allowed to come or go on festival property after 9:00am Saturday, October 10. All vendors are required to stay the full two days of the festival.
No Commercial Vendors • Commercially produced and non-local or non-regional products are not acceptable sales items • Only local and regional handmade arts & crafts. Only items related to primary concessions as stated and approved on this application may be sold. Non-related items including, but not limited to, food and drinks may not be sold. Vendors may not sell or provide items that compete with house sales including but not limited to food and/or drinks. Non-profit organizations or informational booths are unavailable. All vendors must provide their own tent and a 30lb (min) anchor for each leg ot the tent. Sugar Mountain Resort is not responsible for vendors goods or belongings. We reserve the right of final acceptance of vendors to this event. We seek to create a mix of products, crafts and entertainment. Vendors who do not follow the rules will not be invited to future events and are subject to immediate removal without refund.
