Food Truck Festival Registration

Product Description

Registration for a 20'x10' booth space is $75. Late Fee: $25 for registrations received after May 11 at 4pm

You must supply your own setup/leveling.

Electrical hook-ups are available for $40. These receptacles are limited.

 

Festival Hours of Operation: 11am - 5pm Saturday, May 23
Check-In and Set-Up: Saturday, May 23, 8:30-10:00am
Breakdown: Saturday, May 23, 5:00pm

 

To ensure the safety of the public as well as the vendors and their property, no vehicles will be allowed to come or go on festival property after 10:00am Saturday, May 23. All vendors and their food trucks are required to stay all day during the festival. Breakdown is not allowed before 5:00pm Saturday, May 23.

Only items related to primary concessions as stated and approved on this application may be sold. Alcoholic beverages may not be sold. All vendors must provide their own transportation and method of leveling. Vendor area is located on grassy ski slope. Expect slight inclines and uneven terrain. We ask that you do not dig holes in the vendor area as underground electrical lines present a hazard. We reserve the right of final acceptance of vendors to this event. We seek to create a mix of food and drink options. Vendors who do not follow the rules will not be invited to future events and are subject to immediate removal.
