TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Purchaser agrees to the following by checking the "Agreement" box above:

• All passes ordered are for immediate family members only. This includes spouses and dependent children ages 20 and under. Proof of family relationships may be requested.
• Valid for lift rides during the 2025 Sugar Mountain Resort summer season.
• Passes can be picked up in the Sugar Mountain Resort Administration office during office hours any day beginning May 5, 2025.
• There is a $35 charge to replace a lost, misplaced, or stolen pass.
• Passes expire at the end of the 2025 Sugar Mountain Resort summer season.
